Refunds are paid onto the same card used for payment. We do this through our 3rd party secure systems and we are unable to see your card details, so please ensure you have the same card as you used for payment before organising your return.

If you have changed your card between making payment and organising a refund, please let us know before organising the refund so we can help move this over.

There are two forms of stretch marks: striae rubrae and striae albae. Striae rubrae are considered the early form, which are often red, sometimes slightly raised and don’t recur. Over time these stretch marks lighten and develop a pale, wrinkled appearance known as striae albae, which also don’t recur but are permanent.

Striae rubrae respond better to treatment, so it is recommended to treat stretch marks when they first appear.

Redefining Stretch Mark Cream

Our innovative formula tackles stretch marks in two ways:

To clean the tool, simply rinse it in warm water after each use, then spray it with a sterilising spray (isopropyl alcohol solution) before each use. For a deeper clean, you can also soak it in soapy water overnight and/or use a toothbrush to clean.
